Women of Grace
            Bridging the Gap...

... so Others may find their Way

Welcome to Women of Grace.
I am so excited at what God is doing around the world and here at home in the United States.
We could spend our time looking at all the destruction, all the troubles, all the negatives that life can bring, or we can choose to look through the eyes of Jesus and find hope, compassion,  completeness and a vision of a future that exceeds our greatest expectations! That's what we choose here at Women of Grace. What a wonderful journey we are on as we take God's Word and stand on the truth of who He is, what He says and what He will do. It is a journey that will last a lifetime and the rewards are eternal!

Isaiah 43:19 KJV) Behold, I will do a new thing;; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Habakkuk 2:3 KJV) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie, though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Zechariah 4:10 NLT) Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin, to see the plumb line in Zerubbabel's hand. (The seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that search all around the world.)

The Lord began to do a [New Thing] as Women of Grace was birthed September, 2005.
He began to give our women [Vision] and a burden for reaching out to others in our Church and Community. By faith we began stepping out and are witnessing doors being opened to us in different areas of ministry, as now we believe a [Word in due Season] has come to us...
[Do not despise small beginnings.]

As we began to pray for God's direction and wisdom and planned for our first outreach of ministry, we were reminded of a truth. You see, what we do for God may seem small and insignificant at the time, but God rejoices in what is right, not necessarily in what is big.

If we are faithful in the small opportunities, beginning where we are and do what we can, then God will take care of the results. From our small group, there has been different ministries branch off and begin to take root, as those that answered the call, stepped out in faith to follow the vision God had placed in their heart. God never disappoints when we follow hard after Him.

The burden on my heart has been to reach women and share with them the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and the victory that living for Him will bring to each that will receive His Grace. My burden has stretched past the doors of a small group setting, to reaching as many as possible through this website.

Let us touch lives with the love of Jesus. I pray that you will "catch the fire" [an unquenchable desire to know God more.]
